- Leadership Judgement, Governance & People Impact (25 points)
(Maximum 250 words)
Provide evidence of the nominee’s leadership approach within technology organisations.
Judges will look for:
Leadership in complex regulatory environments
Commitment to patient outcomes and ethical governance.
Question 3 – Strategic Execution & Healthcare Advancement
Detail achievements within the organisation over the past 12–18 months.
Examples may include:
- Development of new therapies, technologies, or services
- Improvements in healthcare delivery or patient outcomes
- Research innovation
- Strategic initiatives strengthening sector capability
Judges will assess leadership impact on healthcare advancement.
Question 4 – Distinction & Broader Leadership Contribution
