Debbie Byrne is the Managing Director of An Post Retail and An Post Money. She leads the strategy and operations for Ireland’s largest retail network of c.900 Post Offices, taking on the challenge of transforming and re-imagining the Post Office Network to create a more sustainable and relevant future for the network. She has taken the An Post brand into new areas of personal lending, credit cards, loans and travel money under An Post Money. Debbie has worked across a diverse range of industries and top companies including Grand Met., Pepsi, L’Oréal, Eir and Lifestyle Sports in Senior General Management, Marketing and Strategic Planning roles. She is a graduate of International Marketing & Languages at DCU and INSEAD’s General Management Programme. She is Chairperson of the Prize Bond Company and holds Non-Executive positions on the boards of One Direct Insurance and Business in the Community Ireland and holds a Certificate of Corporate Governance from INSEAD.

Lorna Conn joined Cpl in 2017 as CFO and was appointed CEO in January 2022. She played a key role in the public takeover of Cpl by Tokyo listed OUTSOURCING Inc (‘OSI’), an all-cash deal for €318m, with a share price premium of 36.4% for shareholders. In March 2023, Lorna was appointed to the Group Executive Committee of OSI, with additional regional oversight. Headquartered in Tokyo, OSI operates in 38 countries, has 250+ sister companies and employs over 130,000 people worldwide. Lorna was appointed INED of Bord na Móna plc in November 2022, she is a Chartered Director (placed first in diploma) and Chartered Accountant (ex-Deloitte).
